This 56-floor tower in Grand Millennium Plaza puts two forces that shaped modern Hong Kong under one roof: COSCO's ocean freight empire and the Urban Renewal Authority, the body rebuilding the city around it. Completed in 1998, it stands 228 m tall on western Hong Kong Island.
