Opened in 1939, this 200-acre Catholic cemetery became the burial ground for an unusual density of mid-century screen talent — actors, comedians, voice artists, bandleaders, and athletes who built American pop culture. The southwest corner near The Grotto is where most entertainment professionals are concentrated, making it a walkable survey of a specific Hollywood era.
