Albertina

One of the world's largest print rooms — a million old master prints under one palace roof.

A former ducal residence built over Vienna's Augustinian Bastion — one of the last remaining sections of the city's old fortifications — the Albertina holds roughly 65,000 drawings and approximately one million old master prints, making its print room one of the largest on earth. Two permanent-loan collections of Impressionist and early 20th-century painting round it out beyond works on paper.
