Złota 44

Three towers, one glance: Daniel Libeskind's eagle-wing silhouette wedged between the EU's tallest building and the Palace of Culture.

At 192 meters and 52 floors, Złota 44 was shaped by Libeskind to evoke an eagle's wing — a symbol of freedom and a Warsaw in transition. Locals call it Żagiel (sail), seeing something different in the curve. Stand on Złota Street and you frame Varso Tower (310 m) and the Palace of Culture (237 m) alongside it — three eras of Polish ambition competing for the same patch of sky.
