A 5.44 km circuit that cut through Monsanto Forest Park from 1954 to 1959, crossing tramlines and multiple shifting road surfaces. Drivers called it one of the hardest tracks to manage. It hosted a single world championship round — the 1959 Portuguese Grand Prix — before the park swallowed it back.
